Shipping & Delivery

All our products are shipped either from our Montreal, Canada store, or directly from the manufacturer. We currently ship to Canada and USA. All orders are shipped via UPS. Same day shipping is available for some areas in Montreal.

Returns & Refund

We are committed to full customer satisfaction! Drem Décor will resolve customer satisfaction issues as quickly as possible. For any issues please email [email protected] .

All claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.

All in stock items purchased on our website, can be returned, and refunded within 7 days from receiving your order. No return or refund will be honored on any custom-made product which is produced upon customers order. Please Note: All products stating the shipping lead time, greater than 2 weeks, are considered custom-made. 

Claims for orders returned because of incorrect recipient shipping information submitted by the customer will not be honored. It is a customer’s responsibility to provide Drem Décor with correct shipping information at the time of placing the order.

While we do our best to make sure you and your friends/family receive order(s) in a timely manner, we rely on UPS for professional delivery service. Although rare, UPS does occasionally have delivery issues. If UPS attempts delivery and fails, Drem Décor will not be held responsible.

SSL encrypts your personal information, including your name, address and credit card information, which makes it impossible for an unauthorized third party to decode, and provides you with a safe shopping environment.
